Vote Kick could be very nice to get rid of hackers when no staff is around

 

If they decide to make Scout can grapple through water, the speed of which must be slower than Squid can go underwater, since Scout is a universal manuever kit. It basically a nerfed Acrobat, Jumper together, so if they wants to add Squid ability, it must also be nerfed. Kinda like this:

Squid : mainly for walking underwater
Acrobat: jump over high area
Jumper: to get a boost over large distance in a short period of time
Scout (right now): can go over high area, boost over a distance (all limited)
